Dwayne C Perry & Esther Marcellus –Perry, are the founders of Reach One Teach One located in Riverview, Florida. Esther and Dwayne have an assignment to the people of God to serve them and bring truth through a lifestyle that glorifies Jesus Christ! They have both seek the heart of Christ and will not compromise the gospel. Dwayne C. Perry accepted Christ at the age of 12 while given his calling in the ministry during this awesome experience! Pastor Perry had his initial sermon at the age of twenty-six in Orlando, Florida at Grace Community Church.

During this time, he was also a professional basketball player in Europe. He desperately desired to move into ministry. It was not until he met his lovely wife Minister Esther Marcellus-Perry and retired from basketball when he moved toward fulfilling his calling.
 

Esther Marcellus-Perry is of Haitian decent raised in a Christian household in Miami, Florida and was recognized as an Evangelist by Pastor Scott of Revival Tabernacle and has a powerful anointing on her life. She is an ordained Minister of the Gospel and serves as Praise and Worship Leader at True Sanctuary of Praise.

The two share the love of the Lord and have the zeal to see His work completed. Dwayne and his wife joined From the Heart Ministries in Brandon, Florida and became actively involved in the ministry. In the seventh year of service, Dwayne informed his wife it was time to move forward in their call. They begin True Sanctuary of Praise Church in Riverview, Florida in August of 2011. Dwayne humbly continues to stay before the Lord in prayer seeking His wisdom and keeps moving forward in obedience through righteousness.
